There is nothing inside RoundCube to support your request by default.

Why can't you just empty the Spam folder? the option is never available. I have users with 65,000 messages in teh spam box. Any idea on how I could resolve this issue?

OK ... let's see if devs will do it ...
#1485726 (Enable PURGE javascript command for Spam Folder) ? RoundCube Webmail ? Trac Otherwise remember me, it can be done by a small hack in the template code.
