Default Problem sending mail with custom skin

Hello, and thanks in advance for your time.

I'm running rc 0.20-beta, just upgraded from 0.2-trunk, and this
problem has existed for me in both versions.

Everything works fine for me if I use the default skin; I can send and
receive mail, alter preferences, add folders, everything.

However, if I use my custom skin I am not able to send mail. I get the
message in the header saying "sending mail" and it never goes away.
There seems to be some interaction with the server, but I am never
redirected to my inbox and the mail is never sent.

Can somebody more familiar with the internals tell me what are the
essential includes I need in the compose.html template (or elsewhere)
to send mail?

I attach my current compose.html file

TIA,

Tom
