Default file-permissions for temp- an log-dirs

i am trying to install roundcube webmail-system to access my hmailserver. i am running a windows 2003 server with IIS and a mysql database. i set up databases, deployed the files to the webspace but i am getting stuck with the setup.

first i am getting errors because my log and temp-dirs are not accessable - actually i set file-permissions on logs and temp for ftp-user, iuser and everyone to full access. but it still says not ok!

Code:
C:/Inetpub/vhosts/webmail.cyxcyxcyxc.at/httpdocs/temp/: NOT OK(not writeable for the webserver)
this is quite courious ...

second, i managed to get the frontend and the installer to run (i had a blank page but i fixed it with the damn "\" and "/" slashes ... by reconfiguring the configuration the installer cannot create the new config-file and i even cannot download the files from the installer-page - the template isnt found!

as i cannot finish the setup ... has anyone got an idea?
