Is there anything in your error logs [RC root]/logs
Downloaded 0.3 RoundCube and installed it successfully on my website. I am able to login but am kicked out of the session within a few seconds - max 1 minute. I have tried to tweak with session max life time values - no impact on the session timeout or expiry problem.
Has any one else faced the same issue ?
Below is the warning that I see in the errors log:
[14-Nov-2009 15:04:20] PHP Warning: fgets() [<ahref='function.fgets'>function.fgets</a>]: SSL: Connection reset by peer in /<hostname>/roundcube/program/lib/imap.inc on line 623
Additionally I see the following error sometimes on when login fails :
[14-Nov-2009 15:04:20 -0500]: IMAP Error: Empty startup greeting (ssl://pop.<hostname>:993) (GET /roundcube/?_task=mail&_action=preview&_uid=287&_mbox=INBOX&_ framed=1)
The Empty startup greeting was fixed in RoundCube 0.3.1, are you running another email client at the same time as RoundCube?
I am not running another email client at the same time. Although - SquirrelMail is provided as default client by my ISP. Could that cause an issue just by being there ( I mean even if I am not using it)?
what about the "Connection Reset by peer" in imap.inc line 623
I have the same problem with roundcube 0.3.1
