I already searched through various posts here in the forum, but couldn't find an answer to my question...

Mails I receive in RC with an attachment, seem to follow no rule on how/where the attachment will be opened. Example: Mails having a PDF attachment. Some PDFs open as a download, some open a new tab/window and display the PDF in this new tab/window, and some open the attached PDF as inline within an I-Frame of a RC site...

Can someone explain me please, how I can influence this behaviour?
