    Default Failed to add recipient

I seem to be unable to send mail from the webmail, I get the "Failed to send" error on the page, and the error log contains...

    Code:
[24-May-2008 11:11:57 -0500] SMTP Error: SMTP error: Failed to add recipient 'hidden@address.com' in /hidden/path/to/program/steps/mail/func.inc on line 1416
Can anyone tell me how I might be able to fix this?

I'm getting the same error. What was your problem and did you fix it?

SMTP Error: SMTP error: Failed to add recipient

Any idea's I've been banging my head against this for a while. My ISP's smtp is working via kmail but I get no where with RoundCube?

What kind of webserver config error might I be looking for?

I'm running 0.1-beta2-0ubuntu1 if that makes a difference.

    Many thanks
    Kam

    Default Same error

Here the same error too, but not if I add a recipient of my own domain, but when it is another domain the recipient cannot be added.

    Someone with an idea?

That sounds like an SMTP auth problem to me. Your server wont let you relay messages to the outside world unless it knows who you are. Check config/main.inc.php you'll see some SMTP auth options.

    I have the same problem...
SMTP Error: SMTP error: Failed to add recipient 'hidden@mail.com' in /hidden/path/to/rc/program/steps/mail/func.inc on line 1296

I seem to be unable to send, move or delete mail from the webmail.

IMAP and SMTP server are not on my machine, they are on hosting.
Machine that is running roundcube is behind NAT.I made the necessary port forwarding...
Can anyone help me to fix this?
