No plugins after upgrade
I have just upgrade from rc 0.3.1 to 0.4
I have installed the new version as a new installation
After I have installed 0.4 I can't find the plugins.
I'm using the plugins delivered with 0.4 version of RC
I have initiated the plugin in main.ini.php, but I can't find any of the plugins
What have I forgotten?
