GroupVice4 - Plugin theme
Something new: A theme-addition just for plugins.
This addition is for users of the GroupVice theme and currently has skins-additions for the following plugins:
- archive
- compose_addressbook
- help
- jquery-ui
- markasjunk
If you have other plugins you want to use with this theme, please let me know.

All other default plugins are already supported by the v0.4.2 version of the theme.

I have already started to add groupvice4 support for myroundcube plugins. I'll mail you for review and improvement when completed.
