Default Time format for Today's emails cannot be changed

The config/main.inc.php provides entries to change the current 24 hour time format (H:i) to 12 hour (g:i a), but the entries only change the long and short date formats. Emails that arrive the same day the user reads its inbox (marked as Today), keep the 24 hour format. Details and a patch can be found

I found this issue in various SVN revisions of RC, and while I haven't tested the beta, probably it also has the issue.

A side note, also a sample of 12 hour format could be included as a comment thus saving time in looking on php manuals for the format.
