Folder rename & Headers already sent.

Hi.
Been using RC for about 3-4 month now and I'm extremly pleased with it, but as allways there is a but

First:
I can't rename folders, when I try to rename I get an error: "An error accured while saving".
Then when I look in the folder tree both the new and old folders are there!
But I can't put anything in the new folder.
I have my own linux box running with apache2 and Courier IMAP.
And notice this, there is no actual new folder on the server but there is an entry in the 'courierimnapsubribed' file.

Second:
I the apache2 logfiles I get
"PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent in Unknown on line 0"
and some times
"PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent in .../program/include/rcube_shared.inc ion line 121"
This I get this more or less every time i click at a folder in the folder tree.
