Nepali Translation

Nepali Translation. Here are the files.

Installation:

1. Make folder: program\localization\np under roundcube installation
2. Upload files:labels.inc and messages.inc to it.
3. Add: 'np' => 'Nepali', to index.inc located at program\localization\index.inc and upload it.
4. Enjoy: नमस्कार
