[0.1rc1] Trubles with non-English subject, from and attachment fields

I have RC-1, use Russian language and win-1251 and KOI8-R code pages.
Incoming messages can't be read.

I'm having the same problem with German emails where an umlaut is used.

Subject: 	Auch hässliche Eltern können schöne Kinder haben...

This was the subject of an email I received yesterday... I haven't experienced any problems with reading nor replaying to this mail. Not in the preview plane nor in full reading mode. Maybe this is fixed? I tested the German and my default English US (for downloading attachments, I'm to lazy to change this language UTF-8 thing)
