New Mails does not show

O.S.

Windows XP Pro with SP2 (Latest update)

Browser used :

Firefox 1.5.0.4
I.E. 6.0

Problem:

My new mails does not show after RC finished loading. I tried clearing the cookies but to no avail. A temporary solution that I have found is - after RC finished loading is to click the "Sent" mail folder then go back to the "Inbox", that's the only time I can view the new mails.
