[0.1rc2] Error No. [0x01F5] again

As SquirrelMail always seems pretty slow on my machine I thought I'd give roundcube a try. I installed it, modified the configuration files, and then tried to access it. Unfortunately all I got in response was SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE! Error No. [0x01F5] I looked at the database tables and the session table has rows in it. So roundcube seems to be accessing the database OK. So I then looked at the index.php file. At the point where the script tries to log in the $_task variable is set to 'mail' but the $_action variable is not set; I was expecting it to be set to 'login'. Before delving any deeper I thought I'd check with the group to see if anyone more familiar with the implementation might know what might cause these symptoms. Failing that, I guess I'll have to delve into the code.

PS, I'm running under Windows Home Server, IIS 6, MySQL 5.1

Check to make sure your skin folder is in the right place (and that the main.inc.php points to it).
