Problems with sender name

Hello,

I have installed the Roundcube Wenmailer and I have to say, that it is quite nice.
But if I send an E-Mail the receiver see my name like this:

=?UTF-8?Q?Fabian=20J=C3=A4ger=20

Can somebody tell me what ist the Problem here?

Maybe I have to change the character set to latin1, but were can I do that?
