Word documents: are scrambled

Hi,

When I try to download a word document which is attached to an email via roundcube, it get's scrambled ( ? ).
When I download it via Outlook Express, it works fine. Is this a bug of roundcube or a feature

I attached a screenshot so that you can see what I mean. Should I also post it to the bug tracker?

I have discovered the same problem not only with word but also with Powerpoint; and Openoffice documents. Any solutions in the meantime?
