mail for root e.g. security output, syslog have no format svn 329

i svn to version 329 today and it seems that something went wrong again, mail to root e.g., syslogs have no format, i didn't encounter this on prior to this version, i think they already fixed the bug before wherein the same mail appears blank and can only be read if click on view source, i hope they fix this problem again. or is there a solution to these by tweaking something?
