MS SQL and db.inc.php file
I noticed mssql functionality was added here:
http://trac.roundcube.net/trac.cgi/changeset/328 but how do I modify the db.inc.php file?

Why has this been implemented, but can't be used? What syntax needs to be changed in this file to use a SQL database?

I see more MS SQL support added here:
http://trac.roundcube.net/trac.cgi/changeset/341 But I ask again - how do we call on the MS SQL database within the db.inc.php file? Thomasb?
