Default Sending and forwarding larger attachment

There is a problem with sending little larger attachment. I'm able to send small attachment, but little larger (>1MB) i cannot send. Nothing happends. Is there any config for that or is it a bug

you must tweak your php memory settings, RC have issues with attachment handling
