Default SVN 361 HTML Editing Spell Check

I have a problem with the spell check function when editing an HTML composition, it opens up a new div to give me options of what to correct right above the html editing div, but its soooo tiny I can barely read anything in it... and not to mention it only contains <pre> and </pre>... nothing of what I actually typed. then when I click resume editing, that div that was about 2 pixels tall with <pre></pre> in it becomes about 1000 pixels tall, bumping down my tinymce div to the bottom on the compose page.
