Patch - New Mail Notification Sound

This is a small hack that uses the Javascript to Flash SoundManager API to play a sound when new mail arrives. It was patched against svn 380, but it should work for most releases.

I am not a programmer and I'm sure there are a million better ways to accomplish this. Hopefully this patch can help spark some interest in a better implementation.

Actually, it would be great if we could come up with a sound API to easily integrate with themes. If anyone has info on this please post.

KNOWN ISSUES:

Only plays sound when new mail arrives and all messages are marked as read.
Requires Flash.

Remarks - I heard the sound twice.

Furthermore, it is strange that I heard the sound, I see a new item in the folder view, but the message list is still the older version (before I received the mail)
