Default where do i add email users?

I have installed roudcube in a dir on my server, and it will load the login page.
Where do i go to add email users? Do i do this directly in the database?
I have attempted to add email users in my cpanel, but that only works for horde and squirrel mail.
any help would be appreciated.

The first time a user logs into roundcube via the login page with there cpanel email username and password roundcube will create that user automatically in the database.

You do not need to manually create the account.

How about if it doesnt have a cpanel username and password, how do they register at my roundcube email?

Is there a way to make them register on my roundcube email?

Roundcube isn't a server control panel it's an email web client just like Horde and Squirrelmail. You have to add the users in CPanel first and then they can access their email using a local client (Thunderbird/Outlook) or a webclient (Roundcube/Horde/Squirrelmail).
