If the server has IMAP and POP3 running on different accounts you should be able to run IMAP and POP3 on every account.

If I understand what you are asking, the Webmail will work for all accounts but if they are downloading to an email account such as outlook via pop3 they will need to go into advanced settings and select leave messages on server (for how many days)

Hi,

I'm having the same question. I have the problem that e-mails viewed using roundcube are no longer delivered using pop3 (mercury mailserver). Is there a way to avoid setting the read-flag in the IMAP server or something like that?

It is not good if I will never receive the e-mails using pop3 after viewing them using roundcube.
