Does roundcube support PHP Version 5.4.21?
« on: July 14, 2014, 03:05:07 AM »
Hello everyone,

I am new to Roundcube.

When I installed it on my local machine it worked very fine.

But when I installed it on my server it showed me blank screen even there was nothing in logs.

Only difference between my local machine and server is PHP Versions.

My local machine has  PHP Version 5.3.8

whereas my server has   PHP Version 5.4.21

So does it means roundcube is not compatible with PHP Version 5.4.21?

Does roundcube support PHP Version 5.4.21?

Please let me know about this

Thank You

Yes Roundcube supports PHP 5.4.x. There should be an error log somewhere that will detail what the problem is.

No I don't  think so because when i try to install it on PHP Version 5.4.21 on server

I get blank screen nothing is happening it is showing me just blank screen

And there is no any log generating in logs, neither error_log nor anything else I just .gitignore file in logs

Even I tried installing it by calling this file /installer/rcube_install.php but still see blank screen.

One thing I didn't get when installed it on local machine it worked very fine but when i tries to install it on my  server it gives me blank screen.

Can you please tell what could be reason of getting such blank screen on installation?

Thanks in advance.

If there is a white screen there should be a php error log somewhere with the problem.
