Hi

I currently use GMAIL and would like to migrate to an open webmail like roundcube.
Well, I'am a newbie and this topic is a question but might be also a request. 
Sorry, if it is not the right place. 

I look and look again into the documentation but didnt find this functionnality:
Is it possible to record pre-defined messages then select one of them to answer to a mail?

Use case: my customers contact me with email and the questions are often always the same. So the answers are also the same. I would like to select a predefined answer  among a list. So I don't have to re-type entire messages each time.

PS : GMAIL does that.

Yes, the most recent versions of Roundcube do have this capability. Each user can save numerous responses and select them during the message compose process.
