i have in my site a formulary where the people which wants to buy my product can make the an order but there is a machine who it's been sending false orders, it generated new names every time and when i open the mil it turns it a long link with extranges caracters and numbers.

what is it and how can i stop it? im afraid that if i mark it like spam maybe i couldnt receive orders from my real clients.

Image is too small for me to read anything. I don't know what you use for spam mail filtering. The general approach is to examine the email and decide if blocking the sender, domain, IP address, keywords, or some combination of those would reduce spam without losing legitimate email.

However, if this email is all coming from your ordering website then filtering email is not the right answer. You need to take measures to reduce the number of fake orders. You should probably be checking with whoever made your ordering site or the shopping cart on it.
