Author Topic: Created 2nd identity...can send emails but not receive with new identity. Help!  (Read 2580 times)

What the title says. I created a second identity on my roundcube account and I can send emails with the new one but anytime someone sends back to the new one, it says email address not found.

Any ideas?

Its working as expected, an identity doesn't equal a mail account you'll need to set that up on the mail server if you want to receive email.
