SPAM/Junk conundrum
« on: September 02, 2017, 08:15:56 PM »
Howdy,

Recently all of my iCal alert emails are being directed to my junk and marked with "SPAM" in the subject line.  I have been moving them out of Junk and into my Inbox to try to hopefully have the system "learn" not to do it.  It's been about a month now and it's not changing.  It is also happening to newsletters for which I am signed up.  Is there any way to stop the system for selecting certain emails as junk?

This is kind of the opposite problem for which I tried to find a solution for before, in that I was hoping to be able to identify certain email as junk so i would no longer received them and was told nothing could be done.

So, now I have email I want being marked as spam and going to junk, and spam email I don't want coming through no problem.

Super frustrated.  Please help.

Thank you.

Spam filtering is handled by the mail server not by Roundcube so you need to check with how your mail server changes spam learning.
