Part of header inserted into email body
« on: September 10, 2008, 09:34:35 PM »
Something weird is going on with my roundcube install (0.1-stable release) that just started a few weeks ago.

For whatever reason, once I go back and forth with a few replies with someone on a particular web client, like gmail, around the second of third reply, a part of the email header gets inserted into the email body. It does not happen with everyone, and email clients, like outlook, do not seem to produce the problem.

I googled this problem and found someone that made a change to an IMAP file, but I use POP, so it didn't help me. But it is a similar problem.

So basically, the initial email is fine, the first reply is fine, but on the second or third reply, this gets posted at the beginning of the message and is shown to the recipient:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"

Any ideas what could have caused this? This is a tough one, and I'm not sure where to try to solve the issue. I've posted at on my webhost forums as well, in case it might have something to do with the PHP install on their servers.

Thanks

I was pointed to the 0.1.1-stable release, and that fixed the problem.

So problem solved on my own, but I figured I'd leave this here in case it helps others.
