I can't post a email for local user

Excuse my bad English, i'm French...

I can't post a email for a local user.

Example when i want post for zuthos@localhost, rouncube don't accept this email.

how i can make that?

You have to look how your mailserver is configured.
So, what's the name of the local system and could it (the local domain or local system) be resolved via dns lookup...
