rc 0.8 beta issue

Hi all,
I've a strange issue with 0.8 beta.
when installed, any message in preview panel say:

The message part is too big to process it. Download

uninstalled 0.8 beta , reinstalled 0.7.2 and all messages display fine.

any idea?

hi, my php info report:

memory_limit   -1   64M

edit:
Changed to -1 -1 (no limit)

same result
