Roundcube refreshing and deleting working emails

hello.

i did search for this issue but haven't found anything on it.

i use roundcube on two different computers.  the laptop is the problem.

it seems roundcube is refreshing every minute or so and when i am working on an email or reading an email the refresh goes back to the main inbox screen.  i have looked at the settings and can find nothing to help.  even the "check for emails every 5 minutes" doesn't work.

this is only a problem on my laptop.

i've asked my web person and they are unable to help.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
