.8rc blank settings page

I was running Roundcube .6 and upgraded to .8rc (replaced the MySQL database with a new one on doing this for other reasons). Now when I log in and go to the settings page, it is blank. The machine in question is OSX Server 10.6.

Any thoughts about how to track this down? Everything else seems to be working properly. The setup carried over from the old (working) .6 install.
