Roundcube Discussion / Receive gmail emails to my webmail?

Hello, i would like to know if there is a way to redirect all incoming mails to gmail, yahoo, outlook and such to my webmail inside roundcube instead.

If so, how to do it? thanks a lot!

and any setting in roundcube done will not prevent trash form emptying if the emailserver itself (as roundcube is just a client) is set to expunge trash every x days.

Hi,

First of all this has nothing to do with roundcube, roundcube is an email client (installed somewhere or on the emailserver to asscess either dovecot cyrus or other). What will be important to know is which email-server are you using (is it dovecot or cyrus or other ?) and is it hosted or on premises (if hosted you will most likely have to rely on others to assist).
Mass migration is easy with dovecot doveadm tool, for cyrus there are scripts.
You could also use a impa migration tool (if you google for thtat you get plenty of results).

Roundcube is just an email client, it connects to a mail server which is where the email is stored. If your don't know anything about the mail server you should contact your email provider and ask them for support.

This isn't something that Roundcube would do, you need to look at the mail server and find out what happened there.

This is not an error. These messages are marked for delete, but not yet expunged.

Hi,

I logged into Roundcube last night to weed out the spam before I retired for the night only to discover that four years worth of emails had completely disappeared, leaving only 11 unread.

Not only that. but there is nothing in my deleted items folder and some recent contacts I had added have disappeared too.  In fact, everything before Thurs 20th April 2017 has vanished.

I don't remember adding or updating any software that might have caused this.

It is really very important that these emails be recovered.  My employer requires all employees to use Roundcube and missing client contacts/ emails is quite a serious problem.

Can anyone help with this?

Hello,

When I visualize my emails with roundcube, my received messages are in grey with an icon ( blocked circle). I manage to consult them via the roundcube but I do not see them on my e-mail application (thunderbird and outlook).
What means this error?
