Woooow...RoundCube is amaaaazing, it took just minutes to setup and I'm about a throw Thunderbird and Outlook and Horde away forever. Three quick questions first...

1. English is my default language but I frequenly use the Scandinavian characters ä and ö, but they're appearing like: öp - what am I doing wrong?

2. Does RoundCube have built-in junk mail filters? Or do I install these as plugins? Or..?

3. What if I have multiple domains and multiple e-mail accounts on my server, is there a way to check them all through one login?
