Is there a error document in the logs folder? if there is what is in it?

there is no log file?

what it makes me thing since it does not give error and go to the inbox page, i think there is a problem to redirect to the mail box page because after writing the information u gave me, it just erase the entires and show me the login page again,

i only installed this file com-roundcubeV1.0 am i need to install also the normal roundcube installation then this file?

I don't know any that file is it the plug-in for joomla? And yes you need to install roundcube.

Thats the file i install it from the compananets section of joomla, and it installed in joomla database creating roundcube tables there? i think it is the plug in can you give me link for roundcube for joomla let me see the files if they r the same?

the files are same, now i will try to install roundcube stay alone out of joomla to try it on my localhost maybe there is an integration problem wth joomla let me see i will let u know thanks for the help

i set it up as a stand alone it works fine no problem at all, but why not does not work in joomla with joomla com.pack?

anyone installed roundcube on joomla please help me
