Remember open/closed folders, make folder sidebar resizeable

When having many folders it would be EXTREMELY useful if roundcube would remember which ones were open and which closed.

Another thing, also about folders: Would it be possible to make the folder sidebar resizeable, perhaps also with saving it's current size in the database?
