Global Address Book

Have an Option to have Contacts be globally viewable across the system's different users.
Also, Contact Groups.

The Global Address Book has been Requested before, I think there is a patch out there for it, but as for the Contact Groups, that a good idea, I have a lot of contacts and that would be nice.
