First of all cudos to the developers on a great piece of software!

With my installation I don't particularly want users to be able to sign up and create their own accounts, but I do feel it would be helpfull to have a small "contact us" form inserted in the index so potential users can register their interest in getting an email address etc.

Would this able to be done as a basic patch or mod?
