POP3
« on: June 27, 2006, 06:40:25 AM »
After moving server hosts I've now found that my server does not support IMAP only POP3 and SMTP, are there any plans for Roundcube to support POP3 connections only as I much prefer it when compared to the alternative webmail systems out their such as nutsmail and horde.

Right now, POP3 isn't supported, but it should be eventually. Can't promise anything though :(

POP3 support

Is is there any news on if or when support for POP3 will be introduced? I've checked the forums but can only find old messages and am hoping there may be some progress on this.

Having checked a number of webmail packages, AfterLogic Lite seems to be the best fit for my requirements (free, support POP3, minimal installation and offer an AJAX interface) but even then it's missing some of the features I would like.

If RoundCube could integrate POP3 support, that would make it a very compelling piece of software.

Cheers,
Mark.

Try Claros Intouch Devel works great. Pop3, Webdisk, Calender, anti spam, ect. "http://claros.org/web/showProduct.do?id=5" I love it!!! Beats Roudcube. Until they update their stuff. :D:D:D:D
