I have several clients who use Roundcube as their web based email solution. They also use their cell phones to retrieve mail. The emails within Roundcube are all showing as read, presummably because the the phones have polled the accounts and downloaded the messages. This causes issues since they may or may not have read all of the messages from their phones, and when they return to the office, they don't know which were actually read. Client orders are being missed.
Is there a way to make sure Roundcube does not mark messages read unless tey are actually opened within Roundcube?
