Cannot drag messages into any folder
« on: July 22, 2012, 03:54:47 PM »
I switched to RoundCube recently, and am a newb. My husband has the same mail setup and can use the drag & drop feature fine - only difference, he's on a Mac. Using firefox 13.0.1, reset cache, nothing works.
I can open the message and use the dropdown to move the email - that's rather tedious, one email at a time.

Have googled this problem, cannot find anything. Can someone give me a run-down checklist?

Thanks!
Ingrid

How does one find out which version of RoundCube it is?

The version should be at the top of the index.php file in the RoundCube directory.

My hubby has updated to the latest version of RoundCube (0.8.1). It looks nicer, but I still have the same problem: cannot drag messages into folders.

Can you drag the message at all? Does it give you any type of error?

I use this feature on many different systems and experience no problems.

I understand that you are not helped with this information but maybe when you give some extra information we can find out
what the reason is.

The following combinations work on my side:

Windows XP, 7 and IE 8 and 9
Mac OSX Lion, Mountain Lion and Safari and Firefox
Linux Ubuntu and Firefox
