How To Disable "Server Settings" Tab in Settings --> Preferences

The title says it all.

How to disable "Server Settings" tab in User preferences. I want non of my users to mess around with this.

Have checked main.inc.php but can't find an off switch.

Try to add all configuration option names from there into 'dont_override' array in main.inc.php
