first time login screen

Hi, 

I installed roundcube into my Hosting sever and when i launch it, it ask for  following:

User name:
Password:
Server:
.
Can anyone tell me what info i should put in Server field?
Logon screen is not asking to register for first time.
I don't have user name and password info also.
.
I don't know what i am doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated.

roundcube is an imap client, there is no registration
