Internal Server Error 500, over quota
« on: July 23, 2014, 10:45:49 AM »
Hi!

I'm not sure if this is a roundcube issue or not, but I figured I'd ask here anyway.  When I try to log in, I get a message that pops up  saying "Internal Server Error 505, user xxx is over quota" and can't get any further.

I'm not completely tech challenged, but I won't understand any of the IT jargon, so I might need a "for dummies" version on how to go about fixing the issue.

Thanks for any help!

In simple terms its not letting you login because the account is over is quota (to much email) Your going to have to contact your email host to resolve the problem.

I have the same problem. How do I figure out my email host?
Who providers your email?
- If you get email with your web hosting, ask your web hosting company.
- If its your company providing you with email, ask IT for support.
- If a family member setup the mail account for you, ask them.
- Etc.
