RoundCube login problem
« on: May 07, 2013, 09:25:58 AM »
I have two webmail programs on server. SquirrelMail works fine, but  RoundCube does not.
 SquirrelMail version : 1.4.22
 RoundCube version : 0.9.0
 Server : Linux mail.izvodi 2.6.32-358.6.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Mar 29
 16:51:51 EDT 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux  Excerpt from dovecot.log, for SquirrelMail, and for RC :
 SM :
 May 07 13:34:55 imap-login: Info: Login: user=<detlef>, method=PLAIN,  rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1, mpid=17319, secured  RC :
 May 07 13:18:46 imap-login: Info: Disconnected (auth failed, 1 attempts):
 user=<detlef@izvodi>, method=PLAIN, rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1, secured

 WHY does RC add a domain for webmail login? Because user+pass is obviously  correct...

have you set a value for username_domain in your rc config? or are you using the virtuser plugins or anything like that?
