Installation Help request

Hi -

Im installing RC on my webserver, and understand the instructions fine, except for one thing. What does the instruction mean when it says: "Next we execute the SQL file found in the "/SQL/" directory in Roundcube that is named: "*.initial.sql" where * is your database backend type (mySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite)."?

I'm no programmer, just someone who understands a enough about computers to get me in trouble. I've done this sort of thing before, but always forget how you "run" or "execute" scripts. Exactly where does this happen? Can it be done form cPanel?
