Assistance on Setting up RoundCube Needed.

Hello everyone! :D

I am having some real trouble setting up RoundCube on my server. I have contacted my hosting company many times, and nothing has been done to solve my problem. All of the PHP files have been edited to the correct specifications (as far as I can tell), and are in their own folder within my public_html folder. However, when accessing RoundCube, All I get is a page with the RoundCube logo and the PHP script listed on the page. You can check it out here. Can anyone here help me? I really, really want to use RoundCube, and (like my web host said), it should not be this hard to set up.
