cpanel patch

Had roundcube installed in base account in cpanel could never get spell check to work don't now why.

So, I moved round cube to a separate account in cpanel and it works great including the spell check any one now why it wont work in the base account with the cpanel patch.

has anyone had this problem and if so is there a patch to redirect the link in the cpanel patch to an account in cpanel and not the base?

Hope I explained this correctly :)
