1) The account closes out, with me often losing email's I am drafting. We've looked over my Mozilla Firefox connection as you suggested but do not understand how to reset this to allow aedeas mail to stay open. We've also set the PHP session timeout to be 480 minutes -- should be more than enough.
2) Bits of correspondence appear to be missing when they arrive in my index - replaced by 'font' codes of some sort. I miss sections of text.
